Siropani Forest Rest House

Siropani FRH is 30 km from Gopeshwar, 30km from Pokhri and 2km deep inside the pine forest from the roadside. Built in 1922-23 it is at an elevation of 1470m. During the freedom struggle as a mark of protest Narayan Singh Negi a freedom fighter burnt down this FRH. A drive to Chopta and Tungnath temples is recommended.
